User Account

For safety and security purposes, each customer is permitted to create only one registered account by default. iPrettyhair reserves the right to suspend accounts without prior notice for customers who attempt to create multiple accounts. Both parties acknowledge that following order dispatch, the transportation is the sole responsibility of the third-party logistics company. During this stage, ownership of the product(s) is transferred to the buyer, and the buyer assumes all associated liability and risks during transportation.

In accordance with Customs regulations, customers are required to provide valid and accurate information. All recipient names, addresses, and payer names should be legitimate. Certain countries may require that the recipient submit their ID or passport to clear the package or for payment verification purposes. Customers bear sole responsibility for the accuracy of the information they provide. iPrettyhair will not be held responsible and will not offer compensation if any information is incorrect and prevents shipment, deliveries, or customs clearance. iPrettyhair will always comply with the law, and we kindly remind users to do the same. As the importer, customers are responsible for adhering to all applicable laws and regulations in their own countries. Please refer to our privacy policy for more information.

Order Acceptance

Please be aware that there may be some orders that we cannot accept and must cancel. iPrettyhair.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Reasons for order cancellation might include limitations on the quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or issues detected by our credit and fraud prevention department. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. We will reach out to you if all or part of your order is canceled or if more information is needed to accept your order.

iPrettyhair is not responsible for late deliveries for special occasions such as birthdays or other events. We recommend that customers place their orders in advance to ensure sufficient time for delivery. All orders reported as "delivered" by shipping companies will be considered delivered. iPrettyhair cannot be held liable for non-delivery in this case.

Reviews and Comments

Packing

Unless stated otherwise, Our Company will adhere only to its minimum packing standards for the selected transportation method. The buyer is responsible for all costs associated with special packing, loading, or bracing requested by the Buyer. All costs related to packing and shipping the Buyer's specialized equipment will be paid by the Buyer.

Transportation

Unless stated otherwise, Our Company will exercise its judgment in selecting the carrier and routing. In either scenario, Our Company will not be held liable for any delays or excessive transportation charges resulting from its choices.

Payment Terms

The discount applies solely to the invoiced value of the materials (not to taxes or freight charges). Our Company reserves the right to require advance payment or satisfactory security for the goods if the Buyer’s financial condition warrants it, as determined by Our Company. If the Buyer fails to make payment in accordance with the terms of this agreement or any related agreement, or fails to comply with any provision hereof, Our Company may, at its option (and in addition to other remedies), cancel any unshipped portion of this order. The Buyer remains liable for all unpaid accounts.

Taxes and Import/Export Licenses

Prices do not include taxes. Taxes are the responsibility of the Buyer upon invoice from Our Company, unless the Buyer provides a valid exemption certificate acceptable to the taxing authority, or if Our Company is legally prohibited from collecting said taxes from the Buyer. Import or export licenses must be secured by the Buyer.

Return of Products

Online purchases (excluding gifts) made through iprettyhair.com are eligible for exchange and return within 30 days from the date of receiving all your item(s).

Items must be unused, undamaged, and include all original tags and their original packaging. Otherwise, the customer will be responsible for all incurred fees, and no refund will be issued. (The item will not be considered unused if the original strap attached to the u-part wig is cut off or if the wig has been washed and dyed.)

Free returns and exchanges are offered in The United States. Please contact us first if you would like a prepaid shipping label. We will mail you a prepaid shipping label once we have confirmed your return request.

Force Majeure

Our Company shall not be liable for failing to perform its obligations due to, or contributed to by, acts of God; acts of Buyer; civil or military authority, including wage and price controls; fires; war; riot; delays in transportation; lack of or inability to obtain raw materials (including energy sources), components, labor, fuel, or supplies; or other circumstances beyond Our Company’s reasonable control, whether similar or dissimilar to the aforementioned. If certain quantities are affected and other quantities are not, the affected quantities will be eliminated without liability, but the remainder of the agreement will remain in effect. During any period of shortage caused by the aforementioned reasons, Our Company may allocate its supply of such raw materials among its various users in any manner which Our Company deems fair and reasonable. In no event shall Our Company be liable for special or consequential damages for any delay for any cause.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California, United States.
